1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the ValueAgain website. The website is operated by ScalePoint Ventures Oy, Business ID 3620767-9, Almavägen 26, 65610 Mustasaari, Finland.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. Service and information

Offer availability, rates and conditions may change for future activations. The rate and conditions recorded for a completed activation govern that activation.

The separate Cashback Terms govern cashback accounts, activations, claims and payouts. These website terms do not replace them.

3. Affiliate and compensation disclosure

ValueAgain is a travel cashback and affiliate publisher. The offers directory contains tracked cashback activations and direct tracked affiliate links, and optional affiliate technology may add or transform eligible travel-related links and provide aggregate performance reporting. ScalePoint Ventures Oy may earn commission when a visitor follows a tracked link and completes a qualifying transaction with a participating merchant.

For a published cashback offer, ValueAgain shares the stated portion of eligible commission with the customer under the offer conditions, successful tracking, merchant validation, commission confirmation and receipt, exclusions and the applicable customer terms.

A direct partner offer does not create a cashback entitlement. Participation in an affiliate network does not mean that any individual travel provider or booking platform has approved, endorsed or partnered with ValueAgain.

4. No merchant transaction on this website

Any booking or purchase reached through this website is completed directly in the relevant provider’s environment. The provider remains responsible for its inventory, prices, payment process, confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds and delivery of the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use its content unlawfully or misleadingly.

6. Intellectual property

The ValueAgain name, logo, visual identity and original website content are owned by or licensed to ScalePoint Ventures Oy. You may view the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation. No other rights are granted unless agreed in writing.

7. External links

The website links to third-party websites, including through paid affiliate links and affiliate-network tracking services. If you follow a link, the destination and any intermediary service process information under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself mean that ValueAgain endorses or controls the third party.

8. Availability and accuracy

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content as the project develops. We aim to provide accurate information but do not warrant that this informational website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by Finnish law, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law. Disputes relating to this informational website are subject to the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
